If your iPad sometimes has difficulty connecting to the ClockwiseMD servers, you may want to try changing your URL to use HTTP rather than the original HTTPS protocol.
The attached video outlines the steps to take to make the change. If the video does not stream successfully, consider first downloading it to your computer, then playing it from the file.
