Technical Level: Easy
It is possible to configure the Nurse Screen to either hide or show the callback list (i.e., the list of patients who are in the wait room awaiting callback). This is sometimes useful for clinics who are using the patient queue for callbacks and are only using the nurse screen to discharge the patients.
The visibility of the callback list can be configured in the following location:
In the new settings page:
Advanced Settings > Nurse Screen - Back Office > Nurse Screen Settings > Callback List > • Use Callback List
Once you have made your changes, be sure and scroll down and click the green Save Changes button to preserve your changes.
