Technical Level: Easy
Provided you have enabled multi-queue functionality, it is possible to have the wait room display show these different queues on separate wait room screens. These configuration locations are shown below (in order of ease):
On the new settings page:
Advanced Settings > Wait Room Screen > Multi-Provider Waitroom > • Use Multiple Provider Lists
Be sure to scroll down and click the green Save Changes button to preserve your changes.
You can also title the screens with their respective provider/queue name.
In Team Admin > Appointment Queues:
• filter appointment queues by the hospital ID
• edit each queue and enter the name in the Wait Room Name dialog
After entering the name, be sure and scroll down to the bottom of the appointment queue page and click Save to preserve your changes.
